Well. The valve covers, cam seals, oil pan, front and rear main and one exhaust manifold are leaking. That leads me to believe that the work that was supposed to be done wasn't actually done. So it may not make sense to anyone else, but to me it seems like if my motor is out why not replace everything that may need replacing in the near future. The engine harness I have has probably 6-8 plugs that have nothing to connect to. Are all of them this way? I was told that Nissan used the same harness on multiple cars and that was the reasoning for the extra plugs. What is the advantage of replacing this factory harness? I could see if there was one that cleaned up under the hood.
